Web tool and accounts
We process submitted post links and security checks, and temporarily cache public metadata. Videos are not stored or proxied. Accounts store email, a password hash, verification status, necessary session cookies, key hashes, credit batches and usage.
Security and retention
IP-derived counters and minimal trial-claim records prevent abuse. Counters expire; request detail lasts up to 90 days, idempotent responses 24 hours and operational events 30 days. Trial eligibility and financial records may require longer retention. Backups rotate separately.
Providers
Cloudflare serves pages, Tunnel traffic and Turnstile. The backend runs on Tencent Cloud. X receives metadata and browser video requests. Transactional mail uses our configured provider. Checkout is disabled.
Your choices
We do not request X passwords, add advertising trackers or use invasive device fingerprints. For access, deletion or privacy questions, see contact information. Minimal records may be retained to prevent repeated trial claims or satisfy payment obligations.
